Fednot is the professional association of the notarial profession in Belgium.
With a network of over 1,100 notarial offices, around 1,500-1,800 notaries and some 8,000+ employees, we support notarial practices in their daily operations: legal advice, office management, IT-solutions, training and communication for the public.

You will join a dynamic environment within this broader professional context, contributing to strategic growth in a sector with societal impact.
Your Mission
You will lead the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end) for internal and external hires—primarily in the IT and legal domains—for Fednot's recruitment & selection team. In addition, you'll support process improvements, expansion of sourcing strategies and ensure that Fednot continues to attract high-quality talent under an evolving organisational agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role briefs, write job advertisements and agree recruitment strategies.
Publish job ads across appropriate channels (LinkedIn, specialised boards, etc.), liaise with external recruitment agencies if needed, and proactively source candidates for certain roles.
Conduct candidate screening, coordinate and participate in interviews (via Teams and on-site) with relevant stakeholders; prepare candidate evaluation reports.
Prepare employment proposals for selected candidates in line with our salary policy.
Maintain recruitment dashboards (number of candidates, time-to-hire, pipeline, etc.) and report regularly on recruitment KPIs.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team (tools, process optimisation, employer branding).
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, with exposure to recruiting IT profiles.
Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
Excellent communicator (phone, in-person, virtual), autonomous, proactive and flexible in a dynamic environment.
Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media) and proficient with the Office 365 suite.
Self-organised, able to juggle multiple requests per week and work effectively in a hybrid context.
